If you have been given our details by your appliance manufacturer. That's because we help them look after you the customer.
At NBA Services, we strive to be the best when it comes to helping customers who's new appliance is not working as it should. Your manufacturer should have automatically booked in your appointment and confirmed it with you, they usually send you a text with the details.
We have a few FAQ's below but don't worry if the answer you need is not there, please feel free to get in touch, all of our details you need are at the bottom of the page.
Unfortunately most manufacturers instruct their customers to be available between 8.00 & 20.00. Our system sends you a Confirmation Text the night before giving you a timed window, it will also ask you to confirm. YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. If no confirmation is sent back to this message the system will assume you cannot make it. Please see more info on the "Once visit is booked" page. This is due to our jobs taking us all over the Midlands and Norfolk so our system will always choose the most economical route.
If we have sent the "we are on our way" Message or called you to let you know we are on our way and no one answers the door, our engineer will move onto the next appointment. Unfortunately we will not call once at the property. This is due to multiple customers telling us they are a couple of minutes away and taking over 30 minutes to arrive which seriously impacts our timings for the day. In a days run we can visit upto 20 customers. if only half delayed us this would add hours to the day. If your not in and have not informed us your appointment it will be rebooked or referred back to your provider.
That's no problem, these things happen. All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible to avoid your appointment being canceled or charges added for missed appointments
NBA Services are an Appliance Repair Company. We do not have the power to give you a new machine. The warranty provider may deem the repair beyond economical viability and give you a new one but that part of things is between you and the provider.
With most jobs our engineers either hold stock or pre order parts if they know what the issue is. If we have to order a part, these can come within days but unfortunately with the current climate it may take longer. We order your parts direct from the manufacturers and we won't know the eta on some parts and your Warranty provider should get in touch with you directly. If you are waiting for a part then please contact your warranty provider
This may happen for many reasons such has issues not caused due to the appliance failing, these can include but not limited to, Vermin Damage, Accidental damage(if not covered on your plan), Customer tampering with service parts, Water / Heat Damage, incorrect use, incorrect installation,
